Our Iced Latte is engineered from High Protein, Low Lactose, Grass Fed Ultra-Filtered Milk. We use a natural protein sweetener that has zero impact on your blood sugar and the finest single origin arabica coffee.
- Ultra-filtered milk with 16g of protein, amino acids and muscle building BCAAs.
- Low sugar, low lactose, low fat. We use a natural sweetener called Thaumatin. Being a protein (207-amino acid chain), Thaumatin does not cause any spikes or increase in blood sugar levels. It has a zero glycemic index and does not affect your gut microbiome.

Yes. Melb Milk’s Iced Latte has 2.9g of naturally occurring sugar and 0g added sugar. We filter out milk’s natural sugars (lactose) using a process called ultrafiltration.

We use Thaumatin; it’s an amazing natural sweetener grown in the rainforests of West Africa.
